Globalink Labs exists because LA's businesses don't need more advice about AI. They need the phone answered, the quote followed up, and the review asked for — installed, working, and theirs.
What we do
We install AI front-office and lead systems for owner-operated businesses: tree and landscaping, cleaning, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, real estate teams. Fixed systems at fixed prices — an AI front office, a lead machine, an outreach operation — live in days, running on the client's own numbers, in English and Spanish.
Why we can
We're operators first. Our team runs real businesses on these exact systems every day: a 43-page lead engine built for an Altadena tree service, a Spanish-first CRM built for a working landscaping business, and a live outreach operation with AI-drafted replies and human approval. We sell what we run — and if a system didn't work in our own businesses, it wouldn't be on this site.
How we work
Audit first, so you see the leaks before paying to fix them. Draft mode first, so you approve how the AI speaks before customers hear it. The AI never quotes a final price. Your numbers, your data, your customers. Those rules are printed on our homepage, not buried in a contract.
